Ken Caputo

Ken Caputo is an Atlanta-based techno DJ who spent his earlier career flying helicopters for the U.S. Army. His sound is relentless and hypnotic, built for dark rooms and long nights. Ken builds tension on the dance floor with adrenaline-fueled precision and an emphasis on delivering a proper journey. He’s played club and warehouse sets for Atlanta underground staples like Twisted Lines and Brainwash.

His entry point to electronic music was the late ‘90s, when The Prodigy and Rammstein were making industrial records that were impossible to ignore. Since 2021, he’s been a regular at music festivals like Arc and Elements, paying close attention to what moves a crowd. Two sets rewired his approach to techno — Chris Liebing in 2024, then Richie Hawtin in 2025 — both making the case that a hybrid setup can be a powerful instrument. He went all in on a Traktor hybrid rig in early 2025 and hasn’t looked back. His two most recent releases, “No Rest” and “Umbra,” are a pair of hypnotic techno tracks built on classic acid basslines and engineered for club systems.
