KALTELUA

KATELUA is an artist born in Caracas, Venezuela based in Italy. In their style there's a strong presence of industrial, acid, hardtrance, high tech and even post-punk sounds. However, heavily influenced by their Latin American culture and queer spaces, it is undeniable the presence of sounds from the global South, specially those from Latin America such as old reggaetón, changa, different types of cumbia, Brasilian funk, dembow and neoperreo mainly. Their vision focuses on the result that these two aspects give, bringing to life the result of experimentation and fusion between genres and sounds, without any discrimination but pure enjoyment in this way welcoming others into their experimental world.
