JOR B

JOR B is a DJ, musician and music selector based in Barcelona, with a proposal marked by versatility, energy and a clear vocation to discover and mix sounds from different scenes and cultures. His sets coexist genres such as Batida, Gqom, Afrobeats, Amapiano, Baile Funk, UK Garage, Hip Hop, R&B, and Global Sounds, combining hits, edits and mashups to create dynamic sessions full of rhythm.

His musical career spans more than a decade and has led him to perform on stages in more than 14 countries, developing an artistic identity linked to music, travel and connection with very diverse audiences. During all these years he has been part of La Sra. Tomasa, a project with which he has toured stages all over the world and which has been a fundamental part of his journey as a musician.

Currently, JOR B combines his facet as a DJ with the artistic direction of 2Spicy Sessions, a collective and platform that was born with the intention of bringing music to unconventional spaces and contexts. In just over a year, 2Spicy has developed sessions and collaborations in different parts of Catalonia and Spain, working together with artists, brands and projects from different fields.

His way of understanding each session is based on the musical selection, but goes beyond genres: he seeks to create a journey, adapt to the space and the audience and maintain a constant energy, combining different influences to ensure that each set has its own identity.
