Jim DZ

JIM DZ, better known as Jimmy, is a music producer and DJ from Caracas.

Since 2010, Jimmy has had a close connection to electronic music, drawing inspiration from various underground genres. This has made him a true crowd connector, creating beats that take over your senses and make you one with the music.

Some of his early influences include The Chemical Brothers, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, and Fur Coat. Playing for the underground scene in Barcelona, JIM DZ has developed rich sounds that blend both organic and electronic elements.

In 2015, he embarked on a journey across continents, immersing himself in the electrifying scenes of Australia, New York, and England. He eventually landed in Spain, where he began spinning beats that resonated on its vibrant dance floors.

His sonic odyssey embodies a fusion of diverse cultural influences, creating a tapestry of electronic music that unites global melodies on dance floors worldwide.

Exploring and delivering dancing energy through genres like Deep House, Minimal Deep-Tech and Minimal-Breaks, he ensures there’s never a dull moment on the dance floor.

He’s also graced the Von Dutch Open Stage at Brunch Elektronik Festival Barcelona, sharing the lineup with internationally renowned artists such as Paco Osuna, Loco Dice, The Martinez Brothers, DJ Tennis, Adriatique, Chloé Caillet, Chelina and Manuhutu.
