Jayel Ruiz

Born and raised in Cebu, Jayel Ruiz entered the local electronic music community and worked his way up to become a core resident performer in the city's nightlife grid. He positioned himself not just as a conventional disc jockey who shifts between tracks, but as a live crowd controller who dictates the energy of massive nightlife venues.

Over his career, his club residencies and festival lineups generated an underground demand for his music production. Royale Battle Champion (2025): Ruiz earned major local acclaim when he claimed the Tipsy Super Club Battle Royale title. This established his reputation as one of the premier open-format battle and mix DJs in the region.

Defending Champion Status (2026): Moving into late 2026, Ruiz maintained a dominant stance in the Visayan nightlife circuit, entering the Tipsy Super Club PowerMix Battle as the highly anticipated defending title holder.
