Jahnsen is a DJ and producer originally from Istanbul, now based in Los Angeles, creating house music that lives in the moment. His journey began in Istanbul's underground scene, after-hours parties introduced him to the hypnotic pulse of house music. It wasn't just about dancing—it was about freedom, community. That early connection shaped everything that followed. As he moved through cities like New York, and eventually Los Angeles, his sound evolved—absorbing new textures, cultures, and energies, while staying grounded in the raw feeling that first pulled him in. Today, Jahnsen's sets are unscripted and emotionally driven—equal parts instinct and storytelling. Whether it's a gritty warehouse, an intimate rooftop, or out in the desert at Burning Man, his goal is to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other. Along the way he's found a home within local promoters and communities like Melt, Agora Records and Music Factory, and shared stages across festivals in California and beyond. He draws from the philosophy of oral tradition, where music wasn't meant to be archived or perfected, but shared in real time—alive, imperfect, and deeply human. In a digital era obsessed with metrics and structure, Jahnsen offers something more primal: presence. That same instinct led him to start Deli Haus 33, an independent label built as a home for the music and community he wanted to see more of—a space for freedom, groove, and madness. Between label nights under the Deli Haus 33 name, a set at Yoon Festival, late nights at the afters and a release through Glory Hill Studio, Jahnsen continues to build a body of work rooted in authenticity and intention. For those who still believe in dancing with their eyes closed, his music invites you to listen, feel, and surrender to the now.
