Hodei Zabalza, Olite/Erri-Berri (Navarra) 1999

The young Navarrese Hodei6Z began his career in the world of music very early, studying 9 years of percussion and as many years of electric guitar.

Over the years, under the influence of close friends, he began to get to know the world of electronic music that unleashed great curiosity in him. He began exploring various styles always maintaining that enveloping melodic essence accompanied by rhythms marked between 118-130 bpms.

After some time testing and developing new styles, their sessions currently stand out for their great musical selection that are characterized by starting with low bpms with tribal melodies of afro-house followed by more upbeat songs of minimal and deep-house with elegant and subtle rhythms that take you on their musical journey to end with more aggressive sounds and high bpms and leaning towards more techno and electro genres.

It is worth mentioning his great awareness of the electronic culture, club culture and music in general of this artist, supporting and contributing more and more to it, developing Smooth Sounds events in his hometown to promote local electronic music with guests from Navarra and Euskadi mostly.

He currently frequents clubs in Iruña and Vitoria Gasteiz and performs his monthly program Smooth Sounds radioshow on DLC KULTUR iruña.
