HASITH

Hasith is a Hyderabad-based DJ whose passion for music has been a defining part of his life from an early age. Growing up, he was deeply involved in music, participating in his school choir and developing a strong foundation in singing. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for melody, rhythm, and performance, laying the groundwork for his journey into electronic music.

He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Bengaluru, a city that introduced him to India's thriving electronic music culture. During his college years, he began attending clubs, festivals, and underground events, where he discovered the incredible diversity of electronic music. Exploring genres such as Afro House, Melodic House, Melodic Techno, Tech House, UK Garage, Progressive House, and French House broadened his musical perspective and inspired him to pursue music beyond simply being a listener.

Following his graduation, Hasith decided to understand the creative process behind the music that had captivated him. He enrolled at **The Music'sCool, Bengaluru**, where he studied music production and gained hands-on experience in composition, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and the technical aspects of creating electronic music. During this period, he began producing his own tracks and sharing his work on SoundCloud, using each release as an opportunity to refine his sound and grow as an artist.

As his interest in electronic music continued to deepen, Hasith realized that learning to DJ would complement his production skills and allow him to connect with audiences in a more immediate way. He pursued DJ training to develop strong technical foundations in beatmatching, harmonic mixing, phrasing, crowd reading, and live performance. DJing became more than a performance skill—it became a way to immerse himself in music every day while continuously improving his understanding of arrangement, timing, and energy.

Alongside his creative pursuits, Hasith has continued to build his academic background in interactive entertainment. After completing a Game Design course at **Pearl Academy**, he is currently pursuing **Game Development** at **Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming** in Hyderabad. His education in game design and development has strengthened his creative problem-solving skills and broadened his perspective on storytelling, immersive experiences, and digital creativity—qualities that naturally influence his musical approach.

Now based in Hyderabad, Hasith is actively building his presence in the city's electronic music scene. His DJ sets focus on creating emotional journeys through carefully selected tracks, blending groove-driven rhythms with melodic elements and seamless transitions. Whether performing intimate club sets, opening for live artists, or playing larger events, he aims to create memorable experiences that keep audiences connected from the first track to the last.

Driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a genuine love for electronic music, Hasith continues to evolve as both a DJ and producer. With every performance and every production, his goal remains the same: to share music that moves people, creates lasting memories, and brings dancefloors together.
