Born in Venezuela and shaped by movement across South America, Goitty draws from a journey rooted in cultural exploration, underground music, and a growing connection to the dance floor. After living in Peru, he eventually settled near Detroit, where the city's legacy as the birthplace of techno pulled him deeper into rave culture and the sounds that define its underground. His artistic direction gravitates toward this hypnotic intensity, finding inspiration in the space between relentless rhythm, minimalism, and deep sonic exploration.
Goitty's developing sound centers on groovy, driving techno built around rolling basslines, precise percussion, and hypnotic repetition. Drawing from the darker, more introspective side of the genre, he is interested in long-form progression, subtle shifts in energy, and grooves that evolve without relying on predictable drops or oversized moments. His approach favors tension over release, rhythm over spectacle, and immersion over excess—music designed for dimly lit rooms, extended sessions, and dance floors where the connection between sound and movement takes precedence.
Still refining his craft behind the decks, Goitty sees DJing as an ongoing study of selection, timing, and flow. Inspired by the discipline of underground techno and the freedom of experimentation, he explores the balance between raw, driving energy and minimal, carefully controlled textures. Each set is an opportunity to build a narrative through sound, gradually shaping an atmosphere that draws dancers deeper into the rhythm.
Bringing together his Venezuelan roots, experiences across South America, and the influence of Detroit's enduring techno culture, Goitty is carving out his own place within the underground. Guided by curiosity and a respect for the music's foundations, he continues to develop a sound that moves between hypnotic depth, stripped-back grooves, and relentless forward motion—always searching for that point where repetition becomes transcendence and the dance floor becomes its own world.
