Emperraum

Emperraum is a Georgian Multi-Dimensional Artist based in Tbilisi, actively exploring hypnotic, melancholic, and chaotic elements. His creative vision is deeply rooted in metaphysical concepts and a higher hierarchy of thought.

Projects before Emperraum David Germain (2013–2018): Gained recognition in the electronic music scene, winning Gem Fest 2016 and played with Oliver Deutschmann, Shinedoe and etc. and performing in various clubs. Established a signature sound before transitioning into new projects.

Modular Synth Affection (2019–2022, 2025–Present): Co-founded this. Blending Dub, Lo-fi House, Techno, Breakbeat, and Disco. Performed at events like Echowaves Festival, Various Underground Clubs, and secret underground raves across Georgia and Ukraine.

Emperraum (2020–Present): A powerful force in the techno scene, releasing music on key labels such as Diffuse Reality, Otomo Trax (OBSCUUR), Eclipse Recordings and more. His releases 'Decent Understanding Methods' and 'Love Hate Tragedy' LPs marked a pivotal moment, fusing experimental textures with storytelling soundscapes.

His sound has earned support from artists like Oliver Deutschmann, Ben Klock, SVRECA, Flavia Laus, Lewis Fautzi, Ben Sims, Evigt Mörker, Dax J, Ellen Allien, Boston 168, Fatima Hajji, and Takaaki Itoh.
