EMAILLE

Emaille lives in Berlin and produces with Ableton Live, is resident at Quartal.rec and member of the collective “flimmergrenze”. She also founded her own series of events called “SCHALL” - a Project of experimental/ambient-listeningsessions. She can usually be found behind turntables or synthesizers. With roots in the tekno scene, she later found her place in the hypnotic-techno scene as well and began creating her own music. For her, music and dance, alongside everyday life and political activism, are a space for regeneration, cultural encounter, and a small piece of freedom. As a tiny dot in the vast musical landscape, she finds her safe place somewhere between ambient and technoid and psychedelic Sound.
