Douglas Manzanares

Born in El Salvador and raised in Nicaragua, Douglas Manzanares (MZN) discovered electronic music at an early age, developing a deep connection with sound as a form of expression.

His first steps as a DJ began at the age of 16, influenced by the energy of trance and the emerging club culture in Central America. Over time, his sound evolves towards more rhythmic and tribal terrains, forming part of the Barranca Music collective, with which he visits different clubs in Nicaragua and consolidates his experience on the dance floor.

In 2018 he moved to Barcelona, where he broadened his artistic vision by coming into contact with the European electronic scene. This change marks a turning point in their sound identity, moving towards a more hypnotic, organic and progressive approach.

In 2026 he gives shape to Flights, a series of long sets conceived as narrative journeys, where construction, tension and atmosphere take center stage in the face of immediate peaks.

Its proposal focuses on generating immersive experiences, exploring the emotional depth of sound and the progressive development of energy on the dance floor.
