DNCOR is a techno DJ based in Amsterdam, originally from Gran Canaria, Spain. He began DJing in 2022 and has since been shaping his sound within hypnotic techno with a strong driving edge, focusing on groove, repetition and forward-moving energy. His sets are built around constant motion, combining hypnotic elements with a more direct and propulsive rhythm that keeps the dancefloor engaged. Rather than staying in a static atmosphere, he blends depth with momentum, creating a balance between immersive sound and physical impact. He is especially drawn to deeper textures and looping structures that create a mental connection, aiming to generate a state where rhythm not only moves the body but also engages the mind. His approach is to build an environment where repetition becomes intensity, and subtle changes keep the listener locked in. Working with multiple decks, exploring layering, transitions and rhythmic interplay in real time. This allows him to introduce additional elements, reinforce groove and create evolving patterns that push the energy forward. Alongside DJing, DNCOR is also developing his production skills using Ableton, focusing on groove, low-end structure and sound design. Now based in Amsterdam, he is influenced by the city’s strong electronic music culture, where underground energy and technical detail meet.
