Since 2007, DJ Yang2 has been bringing together the worlds of electronic music, turntablism, rock, and ACG (Animation, Comics & Games) culture.

Growing up in the early 2000s during the golden era of rock and nu-metal, Yang2 developed an early fascination with heavy guitar riffs, aggressive rhythms, and electronic textures. That obsession eventually led him into the world of turntablism—spending countless hours jamming to metal, practicing beatmatching, and refining his scratching and mixing techniques. As his musical journey evolved, Yang2 transitioned from rock & metal into the world of dance and club music, developing a deep appreciation for a wide spectrum of EDM genres. The contrast between heavy rock energy and electronic production became a defining influence on his sound and performance style, allowing him to create dynamic, genre-blending sets that are built around energy, movement and crowd connection.

A graduate of the International College of Music (ICOM) with a background in Audio & Music Production, Yang2 expanded his craft beyond the DJ booth into music production, remixing, original productions, cover works, and collaborations with local and international musicians and artists.

Today, DJ Yang2 is particularly known for his energetic ACG stage performances, bringing Anime, Comics & Games culture to the dance floor through high-energy DJ sets that fuse recognizable ACG sounds with modern EDM and club music.

From turntablism and electronic music to anime conventions and cosplay stages, Yang² continues to bridge different cultures and musical worlds—turning every performance into an energetic experience designed to keep the crowd moving.
