DJASTRUM, Dj & Producer

Full bio

Marco Rodríguez (DJ Astrum) began his training in 2019 at the Gmartell School of Music. Influenced by figures such as James Hype, Peggy Gou and Mr. Pig, he consolidated a proposal based on groove, defined bass and musicality, ranging from High Energy and Nu Jazz to Deep and Tech House.

Stages and Live Trajectory With more than 50 events in its history, Astrum has brought its sound to festivals, cultural spaces and private events. Her participations in the Alquimia de Almas Festival in the Chacahua Lagoons (2021-2022), her residency at Zona Zero Art Spot (2022-2024) and key presentations such as the Cultural Tianguis in Kanton 17 and Café 400 Voces stand out.

Artistic Evolution and Experimentation Far from being pigeonholed into a single style, in 2026 he explores new sound narratives at the Teonanácatl Festival, delving into the Dark Forest and Psytrance. This stage represents an expansion of his artistic language: the use of cosmic atmospheres and psychological tension to connect from another dimension with the dance floor.

Audio & Production Engineering His musical vision is supported by his technical work in the studio and field. In 2023 he collaborated with the Vallesana Philharmonic, and from 2024 to 2026 he worked as a recording engineer and sound engineer for the record production and documentary of the brass quintet Vientos de Bronce, bringing a high-fidelity criterion to their live performances.
