DJ EL MARIAKCHI

Between rhythm and emotion, DJ El Mariakchi shapes a musical universe where hypnotic grooves meet melodic depth.

Based in Casablanca, the Moroccan DJ moves across Tech House, Techno, Melodic House & Techno, and Indie Dance, drawing on Afro and organic influences to bring different textures to his selections. His approach centres on storytelling: establishing a groove, building tension, and finding the moment to shift the dancefloor’s energy.

Each set unfolds with a sense of progression. Rolling basslines and percussion create momentum, while atmospheric passages and carefully placed vocals introduce contrast and emotion. Whether exploring deeper territory or moving into driving club sounds, his focus remains on the connection between the music and the room.

His mix projects explore distinct chapters of this identity. Elysium embraces atmosphere and melodic exploration, while Between Frequencies connects Techno, Tech House, and melodic sounds. Alongside his recorded sets, his live experience includes a performance at Taros in Essaouira, Morocco, in October 2026.

His exploration also extends into original music. Released on 10 October 2026 under ELM Prod, “Trippin’” marks another step in developing his own musical voice.

Rooted in Morocco and guided by curiosity, DJ El Mariakchi continues to shape a sound that brings together physical energy, immersive textures, and emotional movement.
