Cadavid is a Colombian DJ born on July 24, 2003 in El Santuario, Antioquia, a municipality where he began to build his path within electronic music. From his early years behind the booths he found in Tech House, House, Minimal and Progressive the perfect language to develop his own identity, based on groove, energy and a constant connection with the dance floor.
Its trajectory began in 2019, quickly standing out within the local scene thanks to a proposal characterized by musical selection, audience reading and precise technical execution. Convinced that he had to face greater challenges, he made the decision to move to Bogotá, a city that would allow him to grow professionally, surround himself with new references and make his way to some of the most important stages in the country.
During this process he has taken his music to clubs such as Octava Club, Clandestino, Capote and Afrodicia (Medellín), as well as being part of collectives such as Aftermath and I Love Miércoles. At the same time, he gave life to ASCEND, an event brand created with the purpose of promoting electronic culture, generating community and offering experiences where music and energy are the main axis.
One of the most significant moments of his career came with the first edition of ASCEND, an event that brought together more than 150 attendees and confirmed the impact of a proposal built from passion and constant work. That night he had the opportunity to share a lineup with Gabo Forero, one of his greatest references on the national scene. Receiving the booth after his presentation represented a challenge and, at the same time, one of the most special moments of his career: with a full floor and energy at its highest, Cadavid managed to maintain the connection with the audience and take the experience to another level, consolidating a performance that today he remembers as one of the greatest milestones of his career.
Throughout his career he has shared the booth with artists such as Gabo Forero, Gio Colona and Matta, as well as being part of lineups with international figures such as Manda Moor and RSquared, experiences that have strengthened his artistic vision and professional projection.
Cadavid's sound is characterized by a combination of Tech House, House, Minimal, and Progressive, where defined basslines, rhythmic precision, carefully selected vocals, and clean transitions build a dynamic and immersive experience. Each set is designed to awaken euphoria, excitement, groove, energy and an authentic connection with the audience, making each presentation become a musical journey that leaves a mark on those who experience it.
Influenced by artists such as Franky Rizardo, Marian (BR), Miguelle & Tons, Jean Pierre, Amal Nemer and Moreno y Prieto, he currently continues to develop his facet as a music producer. Although he already has original productions, he has decided to dedicate the necessary time to perfect each release, convinced that quality and artistic identity must be above immediacy.
Beyond the technique or the musical selection, Cadavid seeks to make his project remembered for the closeness with his audience, the authenticity of his essence and the energy he transmits in each presentation. His goal is to build a recognizable identity within the international electronic scene and take his music to stages around the world, proving that discipline, humility and passion can open any door.
