**Churr** is a Mexican DJ, producer, beatmaker and audio engineer whose proposal is born from electronics, but is built from the mixture of contrasts: strong and saturated sounds, Latin rhythms, acoustic elements, pagan percussions, boleros, bulerías, orchestral arrangements, analog textures and a sensitivity marked by nostalgia. His music seeks to break with predictable formulas and find unexpected connections between sounds that, at first glance, should not coexist.
His relationship with music began at the age of 15, when he began to develop as a DJ. At the age of 19 he began professionally under the name of **Spidey Boii**, a project that would become the first stage of what would later become Churr.
Spidey Boii represents his facet as a DJ: a project built around energy, speed and unpredictability. His sound began influenced by garage, bass, techno, rap and saturated electronic sounds, later evolving into trap, house, UK, Brazilian funk and different aspects of electronic and urban music. Over time he found a special affinity for Latin sounds, particularly fast rhythms and proposals such as Latin core, incorporating them into an identity that seeks to keep the audience in constant movement.
The main feature of Spidey Boii has always been the ability to connect genres that don't normally coexist within the same session. Their sets are built from unexpected changes, dynamic transitions and combinations that seek to surprise the audience without losing the main objective: to maintain the energy of the track. For Churr, the DJ set is a space of freedom where virtually any sound can find its place if there is a reason to make it work.
At the age of 19 he also began his professional training at **The Bedroom**, where he complemented his skills alongside teachers and recognized professionals in the industry. During this stage he had contact and shared experiences with artists such as **Jessica Audiffred, Le Twins, DJ Fucci and Tom & Collins**, in addition to being part of an environment related to projects and brands such as **EDC Mexico, Playboy Mexico, La Clínica Records, Pioneer, Arturia and A Records**.
After getting certified and starting to develop his first demos, his career began to expand beyond the booth. Together with a work team, he created **Underground**, a project born in Hidalgo with the intention of promoting the local scene of DJs and electronic music artists. What began as an event progressively became a platform to connect artists, audiences and proposals from different parts of the country.
Within Underground, Churr developed as a collaborator, partner and fundamental part of the team in charge of producing and carrying out electronic music events and festivals in Hidalgo. Its first volumes allowed artists such as **Dasmit, Bousic, Adam Marlo and Fakers** to be presented, until reaching a third edition with a nationwide lineup made up of artists such as **ROZ, Pato Shocair, Sullen, Matt, Jordy Medina, Urboi, Saza Fischer, FLXBABU, Mario Santander and Miranda Santizo**, among others.
Sharing a lineup with these artists and building relationships within that community meant a fundamental stage in their development. Underground not only allowed him to perform as a DJ, but to understand how a scene is built from within: creating spaces, working with artists, developing events and forming bonds that transcend a single presentation.
Later he decided to complement his artistic experience with technical training, moving to Cancun to study **Audio Engineering**. This stage broadened his perspective on music and allowed him to develop a career that combines artistic creation with technical knowledge of sound.
In Cancun he began to perform in different venues, including **Coco Bongo** and **UNDR Club**, in addition to working for **Xcape Latin America**. These experiences allowed him to learn about different dimensions of live entertainment and to develop both from the booth and from the technical and operational side of a production.
However, as Spidey Boii continued to develop as a DJ, another creative need began to emerge: to stop chasing trends that had marked different stages of the scene and start building a language of his own.
After years of experimenting with sounds ranging from bass, techno, trap and house to different urban and electronic sides, Churr began to look back at his own roots. Mexican culture, acoustic sounds, traditional rhythms, percussions, boleros, bulerías, pagan elements and orchestral music began to coexist with synthesizers, electronic beats, analog textures and contemporary structures.
That's where **Churr was born as an artist**.
While **Spidey Boii represents the DJ**, Churr represents the artist. These are not two separate projects, but two dimensions of the same evolution. When he performs as a DJ, he retains the energy, speed, and ability to surprise that he built as Spidey Boii; When he works as an artist, he uses that same experience to build songs and concepts that are much more personal, narrative and emotional.
His music as Churr can go from acoustic instrumentation to a euphoric electronic beat, from an ancient and organic texture to a completely contemporary production, exploring the nostalgic and the lively without losing the electronic essence that has accompanied his entire career.
He is also currently developing his career as a DJ for **Legallyrxx**, being an integral part of his live performances. This new stage has led him to perform at **Astro Bar, Mexico City**, and will continue with dates in **Puebla** and a presentation with Legallyrxx at **Coca-Cola Flow Fest 2026**.
After starting behind a turntable at the age of 15, becoming a professional as Spidey Boii, training at The Bedroom, building a platform for the electronic scene from Hidalgo, sharing stages with national artists, studying Audio Engineering and working within different areas of the entertainment industry, Churr reaches a stage where all those experiences begin to converge.
**Spidey Boii was the DJ who learned how to make a track lose track of predictability. Churr is the artist who is now looking to do the same with a song.**
Throughout each stage of his career, his proposal as a DJ has found a particularly strong response from the public and those who have shared the stage or worked with him. The energy of his presentations, his ability to build unpredictable sessions and the naturalness with which he connects different sounds have become some of the most recognizable elements of his work. From his first presentations to the stages and projects in which he currently participates, his talent has been constantly recognized by the public, colleagues and work teams, consolidating a reputation built on the direct experience of seeing him do what he does best: control a track and take it to places he did not expect.
