John Montoya Kalé is a professional in the entertainment and entertainment industry, born in Cali, Colombia, with extensive experience in the creation, production and management of events in Colombia and Latin America.

His career has been developed in sports, musical and entertainment scenarios, serving as a speaker, presenter, entertainer, DJ, producer and promoter, always with a vision focused on generating memorable experiences for the public.

He is the founder and director of Moto Show Latino, a project specializing in extreme sports and entertainment shows, and creator of Rumba Latina, a concept that brings together music, artists, culture and experiences around Latin rumba.

His personal label, CALE — Quality, Art and Event Logistics, represents a comprehensive production and entertainment proposal, where creativity, logistics, artistic talent, communication and staging converge.

With a close personality, energy on stage and experience behind the scenes, Kalé understands entertainment from a comprehensive perspective: creating, producing, communicating and connecting.
