It’s been necessary spending a year in the cold Finnish capital as kick off for finding the right music identity. Nicola Bittoni (aka “bit”) was born on 1993 in Senigallia (Italy), he has discovered and set up his passion toward techno music between underground venue in Helsinki (FI) and Riccione (IT). BIT is a live performer pioneer of a progressive tech-house adding fools percussions and natural sounds that make the outcome flow plenty of vibes and exotic shades: shaking feelings is a percussions duty.

In Helsinki he had the opportunity to open and play in the same venue with Âme, Surgeon, Kobosil, Tiga, Øphase. Once back in Italy, BIT played as resident on american after-dinner-bar called Bollicine, keeping strong with his groove that it will bring him to open for Federica Baby Doll, and reaching other venues such as MIA clubbing, Chalet del Mar, Shada, Le Gall, Cocoricò. The Italian-finnish-spirit has closed the summer season 2017 with opening live set for the “Cocoon” (powered by Sven Vath) with Carola Pisaturo at Villa delle Rose (Riccione), resident for live performer events at Pete Pan (Riccione) at “ritmi” (powered by dj Ralf) at Peter Pan (Riccione) with Ilario Alicante and many others.

Following the passion for tribal vibes, BIT has been landing to Moscow for several live performance gigs using hybrid set-up bringing drum machines and synth for involving the crowd: clubbing venues and private fashion events with Bvlgary and Crimean Fashion Week. That step-up allowed BIT to reach after-show events for Dsquared2 in Italy, Mykonos, Cyprus, and for Armani event in Armani Privè. BIT is currently based in Barcelona, in which is taking part performing local venues in downtown such as Razzmatazz, speak easy the Doping Club, and pup-up event merging Arts with music vibes. Lately BIT has been main guest in Dubai bringing congas, bells, maracas on board of luxury yachts.

BIT is a co-founder of 8TT8 Music label, based in Rimini known for its astonishing and sparkly tracks and sample packs.
