Beluga

Founder and resident of the SONAR collective, Beluga is a Bogotá-based DJ, producer, and event promoter focused on booth experimentation. Active since 2025, he has rapidly established a strong presence within the electronic music scene, earning recognition from Colombia Electrónica Magazine as part of the new wave of Colombian DJs to watch and support.

Far from sticking to a single musical style, Beluga's sets are known for being dynamic and fluid, seamlessly integrating genres such as Techno, Electro, House, Trance and Bounce—infused with deep Latin roots—according to the intensity and energy of the dancefloor.

At the helm of SONAR, he leads the collective's artistic curation and the development of the digital platform SONAR ECHOES. Created to promote rising artists and build community, the project focuses on delivering high-quality sonic experiences and distinct musical identities. Through this initiative, Beluga complements his artistic output with a strategic and organizational vision for the local circuit.

His career includes performances at key Bogotá clubs and venues—including Octava Club, Radio Berlin, Aftermood, Antisistema, Before, Egua, and Lab 303—alongside collaborations with leading local collectives. Beluga has shared line-ups with notable national and international figures like JXXXO, and expanded his festival presence with a performance at the Antares Tatacoa Festival.
