Bearfish

Bearfish is a queer DJ and producer born in Colombia and based in Costa Rica for over a decade. He is the founder of HYPER, a cultural platform that has become a key force in the development of techno and its harder expressions in the country. Through HYPER, he has helped shape a contemporary vision of rave culture, combining musical curation, conceptual identity and community building, while actively promoting safer and more inclusive spaces within the electronic scene. Behind the DJ booth, Bearfish delivers high-energy sets blending Hard Bounce, Acid Techno, Hard Trance and Hard Techno, crafting physical and narrative journeys that transform the dancefloor into a space of release and collective connection. His approach is body-driven and tension-focused, treating music as a tool for presence and shared experience. He has shared the stage with Dana Montana, Chippy Nonstop, Solo Viking, Lourdes, Sikoti, Alex Farell, Serafina and Istina, positioning himself within an expanding international high-energy circuit. Bearfish represents a new generation of artists who understand rave as culture, platform and collective act.
