Bazua

For Bazua, a good night is built by listening to the track: understanding when to take it little by little, when to release the energy and when to let the groove do all the work.

Originally and resident of Zapopan, Jalisco, his relationship with music began at the age of seven with the piano. Then came the guitar, the ukulele and singing, until at the age of 16 he found in DJing the form of expression that brought together everything that had always attracted him to music: rhythm, connection and the possibility of sharing a moment with other people.

His sound moves between Tech House, House, Minimal/Deep Tech and Deep House, always with a Latin presence that appears naturally in his selection. Inspired by artists such as The Martinez Brothers, Marco Carola, Franky Rizardo and Paco Osuna, Bazua builds sets with groove, energy and an attentive reading of the dance floor. He does not seek to impose a session prepared from start to finish, but to understand the place, the time and the audience to give each track what it needs.

During his tour he has performed at brunches and intimate events, in addition to opening for Pato Shoucair. These experiences have allowed him to learn to connect with different audiences and to recognize that not all sets fulfill the same function within a night.

After seven years developing the project out of passion, Bazua begins a more serious and focused stage. Her goal is to grow within the Guadalajara scene, collaborate with the clubs and projects that keep her alive, and earn a place through work, perseverance and sessions that leave the audience wanting to continue dancing.
