Ricardo Hernández, known artistically as DJ Aukan, is a 31-year-old Chilean DJ and selector originally from Los Angeles, Biobío Region. His journey on the decks began in 2018, initially breaking into the Hardstyle scene. In his early years he stood out for his energy in the booth, managing to perform on platforms and key events of the genre at a national level such as Espacio Bellavista (Santiago) and Kick and Bass (Santiago), in addition to joining and participating in events of the Penquista collective Club Bizarre in Concepción. Around 2019, Aukan evolved its sound identity towards more organic, groove and atmospheric aspects, immersing itself fully in the sounds of Minimal Deep, House, Tech House and Techno. From this milestone, he became a fundamental figure of the electronic scene in the area, being part of and participating in events of the local collective Hypnosis Chile (Los Angeles). During this stage he performed in numerous clubs and regional parties such as Tento Pub, Underrave, Biza (Huépil), Disco Torobayo (Yungay), Colectivo Void (Angol), Club Honey (Santa Bárbara), Hidden (Mulchén), Storm (Linares) and Club Carreta (Coronel). After a period away from the stage in 2024, DJ Aukan makes his long-awaited return to the tracks in mid-2025 with a renewed and mature vision of his musical proposal. In this new stage he has once again lit up the nights of the southern circuit, marking his presence at events and prominent venues in Los Angeles such as Club W, Club 201, Room Dance, Boiler Stage and Hidden.
